What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept personal checks, credit card, Venmo payment, cash and HSA cards. Clients are provided with superbills for each session, which may be used to submit to insurance companies that are out of network. As a courtesy, we do submit claims to insurance plans that we currently are in-network with. Current in-network plans include;

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO
  • Blue CHOICE
  • BCBS IL HMO (IL Healthpartners/ DMG)

What are your office hours?

Office hours vary by location. Appointments are offered during the day, evening, and on occasional weekends. It is important to us to do our best to accommodate our clients' busy schedules. 


Do you offer telehealth or web-based counseling?

To best support our clients, we do offer sessions via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform called VSee. We find VSee to be especially useful and clinically appropriate for many clients. Some clients we use telehealth sessions for, includes;

  • Early postpartum moms 
  • College students
  • Professionals traveling for work
  • Clients with anxiety benefiting from exposure work in-vivo
  • Meal support
